# Qu vs V

The clearest difference is review sentiment: V at 100% against Qu's 45%. V also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.5) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). Qu's advantage is ratings volume (57 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

V holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Qu has 57 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 45% of Qu's written reviews are positive against 100% of V's.

Qu ships an update every 4 months, V every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
