# RoadReady vs Q StudentConnection

The clearest difference is rating: RoadReady at 2.7 against Q StudentConnection's 1.0. RoadReady also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (17K vs 2). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RoadReady holds the better App Store score, 2.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RoadReady has 17K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 7% of RoadReady's written reviews are positive against 13% of Q StudentConnection's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

RoadReady ships an update every 6 days, Q StudentConnection every 11 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
