# RoadReady vs Wixom Library

The clearest difference is rating: Wixom Library at 4.8 against RoadReady's 2.7. RoadReady's advantage is ratings volume (17K vs 21) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 4 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Wixom Library holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RoadReady has 17K ratings behind it against 21, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 7% of RoadReady's written reviews are positive against 0% of Wixom Library's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

RoadReady ships an update every 6 days, Wixom Library every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 16, 2026 respectively.
