# Pyramid vs Pyramid

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Pyramid at 13.0 against Pyramid's 15.6. On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pyramid holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 297 and 336 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 84% of Pyramid's written reviews are positive against 78% of Pyramid's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
