# Pyramid vs Word Trainer Pro

The clearest difference is rating: Pyramid at 4.4 against Word Trainer Pro's 3.0. Pyramid also leads on ratings volume (297 vs 2). Word Trainer Pro's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 84%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pyramid holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pyramid has 297 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 84% of Pyramid's written reviews are positive against 100% of Word Trainer Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
