# ARki vs Scenery

The clearest difference is monetization model: ARki at free with in-app purchases against Scenery's subscription. ARki also leads on ratings volume (256 vs 14). Scenery's advantage is review sentiment (97% vs 72%). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ARki sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $5.00 per 7 days and Scenery sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Scenery holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ARki has 256 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 72% of ARki's written reviews are positive against 97% of Scenery's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
