# CREATE vs Flyer Maker & Poster Maker

The clearest difference is monetization model: Flyer Maker & Poster Maker at free with in-app purchases against CREATE's subscription. Flyer Maker & Poster Maker also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks). CREATE's advantage is ratings volume (3.1K vs 196) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CREATE sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Flyer Maker & Poster Maker sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $3.95 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for CREATE against 4.6 for Flyer Maker & Poster Maker. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CREATE has 3.1K ratings behind it against 196, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 56% of CREATE's written reviews are positive against 53% of Flyer Maker & Poster Maker's.

CREATE ships an update every 3 weeks, Flyer Maker & Poster Maker every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
