# CREATE vs Superimpose V

The clearest difference is monetization model: Superimpose V at free with in-app purchases against CREATE's subscription. Superimpose V also leads on review sentiment (84% vs 56%). CREATE's advantage is ratings volume (3.1K vs 476) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.6). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CREATE sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Superimpose V sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for CREATE against 4.6 for Superimpose V. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CREATE has 3.1K ratings behind it against 476, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 56% of CREATE's written reviews are positive against 84% of Superimpose V's.

CREATE ships an update every 3 weeks, Superimpose V every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
