# Farmer's Weekly vs The CS

The clearest difference is update cadence: The CS at every 2 weeks against Farmer's Weekly's every 4 months. Farmer's Weekly's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Farmer's Weekly sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per 3 months and The CS sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Farmer's Weekly ships an update every 4 months, The CS every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
