# GetYourGuide vs APT IIN

The clearest difference is ads: APT IIN at none against GetYourGuide's shown. APT IIN also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and device support (3 vs 1). GetYourGuide's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.4) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 5 months). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GetYourGuide holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GetYourGuide has 336K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.

GetYourGuide ships an update every 5 days, APT IIN every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
