# Todo vs Lyria

The clearest difference is rating: Lyria at 5.0 against Todo's 4.4. Lyria also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). Todo's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (397 vs 4). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Todo sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Lyria sells 19 in-app purchases, starting at $4.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lyria holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Todo has 397 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of Todo's written reviews are positive against 43% of Lyria's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Todo ships an update every 2 months, Lyria monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
