# Todo vs Blitz

The clearest difference is rating: Todo at 4.4 against Blitz's 3.8. Todo also leads on ratings volume (396 vs 4) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Blitz's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and review sentiment (76% vs 48%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Todo sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Blitz sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Todo holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Todo has 396 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of Todo's written reviews are positive against 76% of Blitz's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Todo ships an update every 2 months, Blitz fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
