# LeadNav GPS vs GPX viewer

The clearest difference is price: GPX viewer at Free against LeadNav GPS's $19.99. GPX viewer also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). LeadNav GPS's advantage is rating (3.9 vs 3.7) and ratings volume (123 vs 9). On review sentiment, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

GPX viewer is free to download; LeadNav GPS costs $19.99 up front. LeadNav GPS sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and GPX viewer sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LeadNav GPS holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LeadNav GPS has 123 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 68% of LeadNav GPS's written reviews are positive against 75% of GPX viewer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

LeadNav GPS ships an update every 4 weeks, GPX viewer every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
