# Luxor® Controller vs Saatva

The clearest difference is rating: Luxor® Controller at 4.2 against Saatva's 3.5. Luxor® Controller also leads on ratings volume (442 vs 4). Saatva's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs monthly) and review sentiment (50% vs 26%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Luxor® Controller holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Luxor® Controller has 442 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 26% of Luxor® Controller's written reviews are positive against 50% of Saatva's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Luxor® Controller ships an update monthly, Saatva every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
