# Custom Compass vs InnoClock

The clearest difference is update cadence: InnoClock at every 4 weeks against Custom Compass's every 12 months. Custom Compass's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Custom Compass sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and InnoClock sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Custom Compass ships an update every 12 months, InnoClock every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
