# Eagle Eye Viewer vs SCW EasyView Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: Eagle Eye Viewer at 3.9 against SCW EasyView Mobile's 3.1. Eagle Eye Viewer also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (159 vs 10). SCW EasyView Mobile's advantage is monetization model (free vs subscription) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Eagle Eye Viewer holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Eagle Eye Viewer has 159 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of Eagle Eye Viewer's written reviews are positive against 50% of SCW EasyView Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Eagle Eye Viewer ships an update every 2 weeks, SCW EasyView Mobile every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
