# SuperBookCity vs Readz

The clearest difference is update cadence: Readz at every 2 weeks against SuperBookCity's every 2 months. SuperBookCity's advantage is iOS requirement (7.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SuperBookCity ships an update every 2 months, Readz every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
