# Polar Flow vs GYMIFY

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: GYMIFY at none against Polar Flow's 1. GYMIFY also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Polar Flow's advantage is ratings volume (50K vs 12). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Polar Flow sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $8.99 per month. GYMIFY asks for nothing beyond the download.

GYMIFY holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Polar Flow has 50K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Polar Flow ships an update monthly, GYMIFY every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
