# Polar Flow vs E

The clearest difference is review sentiment: E at 100% against Polar Flow's 50%. E also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Polar Flow's advantage is ratings volume (50K vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Polar Flow sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $8.99 per month. E asks for nothing beyond the download.

E holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Polar Flow has 50K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 50% of Polar Flow's written reviews are positive against 100% of E's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
