# Fliptastic Pro vs PhotoBot

The clearest difference is price: Fliptastic Pro at $4.99 against PhotoBot's $12.99. Fliptastic Pro also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). PhotoBot's advantage is review sentiment (83% vs 56%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On ratings volume, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Fliptastic Pro costs $4.99 and PhotoBot $12.99 up front. Fliptastic Pro sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and PhotoBot sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fliptastic Pro holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 273 and 110 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of Fliptastic Pro's written reviews are positive against 83% of PhotoBot's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fliptastic Pro ships an update monthly, PhotoBot every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
