# Fantastical Calendar vs FlickType

The clearest difference is update cadence: FlickType at every 8 days against Fantastical Calendar's every 3 weeks. FlickType also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.6). Fantastical Calendar's advantage is chart position (#152 vs unranked) and review sentiment (47% vs 39%). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fantastical Calendar sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and FlickType sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
