# Fantastical Calendar vs COLOP e

The clearest difference is rating: Fantastical Calendar at 4.2 against COLOP e's 1.0. Fantastical Calendar also leads on ratings volume (25K vs 1) and chart position (#138 vs unranked). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fantastical Calendar sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and COLOP e sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fantastical Calendar holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fantastical Calendar has 25K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of Fantastical Calendar's written reviews are positive against 50% of COLOP e's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fantastical Calendar ships an update every 3 weeks, COLOP e monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
