# Maintenance Grab Bag vs Inkfluence

The clearest difference is rating: Maintenance Grab Bag at 5.0 against Inkfluence's 4.3. Inkfluence's advantage is monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Maintenance Grab Bag sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.49 per year and Inkfluence sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Maintenance Grab Bag holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Inkfluence has 16 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Maintenance Grab Bag's written reviews are positive against 60% of Inkfluence's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Maintenance Grab Bag ships an update monthly, Inkfluence every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
