# Indigo vs illuminata optical store

The clearest difference is review sentiment: illuminata optical store at 100% against Indigo's 13%. illuminata optical store also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 16.0). Indigo's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (107 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Indigo holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Indigo has 107 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of Indigo's written reviews are positive against 100% of illuminata optical store's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
