# 脉脉 vs 北森iTalent

The clearest difference is rating: 脉脉 at 3.5 against 北森iTalent's 1.0. 脉脉 also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (411 vs 16). 北森iTalent's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ads (none vs shown). 脉脉 holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 脉脉 has 411 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of 脉脉's written reviews are positive against 55% of 北森iTalent's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
