# 儿童故事 vs 作业帮

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 儿童故事 at none against 作业帮's 20. 儿童故事 also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 72%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). 作业帮's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (3.4K vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 作业帮 sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. 儿童故事 asks for nothing beyond the download.

作业帮 holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 作业帮 has 3.4K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of 儿童故事's written reviews are positive against 72% of 作业帮's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

儿童故事 ships an update fortnightly, 作业帮 every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
