# CHECK24 vs Steuern

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Steuern at 100% against CHECK24's 70%. Steuern also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). CHECK24's advantage is ratings volume (1.9K vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Steuern holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CHECK24 has 1.9K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 70% of CHECK24's written reviews are positive against 100% of Steuern's.

CHECK24 ships an update weekly, Steuern monthly. Both last shipped on October 17, 2026.
