# Audio Notebook vs Easy Notebook

The clearest difference is rating: Easy Notebook at 4.5 against Audio Notebook's 4.0. Easy Notebook also leads on ratings volume (135 vs 4) and device support (3 vs 1). Audio Notebook's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and review sentiment (50% vs 42%). On price, update cadence, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Easy Notebook sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Audio Notebook asks for nothing beyond the download.

Easy Notebook holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Easy Notebook has 135 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Audio Notebook's written reviews are positive against 42% of Easy Notebook's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
