Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: AstroLite at 5.0 against Global Time Machine's 3.7. AstroLite also leads on iOS requirement (14.3 vs 17.0). Global Time Machine's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (7 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
