The clearest difference is rating: NGL BIO at 5.0 against DMNS eCard's 2.0. DMNS eCard's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (22 vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NGL BIO sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month. DMNS eCard asks for nothing beyond the download.
