# Ligato vs Great Conqueror

The clearest difference is rating: Great Conqueror at 4.7 against Ligato's 2.5. Great Conqueror also leads on ratings volume (4.7K vs 4) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). Ligato's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ligato sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Great Conqueror sells 16 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Great Conqueror holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Great Conqueror has 4.7K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 68% of Ligato's written reviews are positive against 78% of Great Conqueror's.

Ligato ships an update every 5 months, Great Conqueror every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
