# SEWA vs Al

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SEWA at 25% against Al's 0%. SEWA also leads on ratings volume (942 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 9 months). Al's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Al holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SEWA has 942 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of SEWA's written reviews are positive against 0% of Al's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SEWA ships an update every 2 months, Al every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
