# 微书房 vs 中国大学MOOC（慕课）

The clearest difference is rating: 中国大学MOOC（慕课） at 4.8 against 微书房's 3.5. 中国大学MOOC（慕课） also leads on ratings volume (3.4K vs 2) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 微书房 sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and 中国大学MOOC（慕课） sells 16 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

中国大学MOOC（慕课） holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 中国大学MOOC（慕课） has 3.4K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of 微书房's written reviews are positive against 72% of 中国大学MOOC（慕课）'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

微书房 ships an update monthly, 中国大学MOOC（慕课） fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
