# Tresorit vs Stafn

The clearest difference is ads: Tresorit at none against Stafn's shown. Tresorit also leads on ratings volume (511 vs 2) and device support (3 vs 1). Stafn's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Stafn holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tresorit has 511 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
