# OutSavvy vs The Queer Spot

The clearest difference is rating: OutSavvy at 4.7 against The Queer Spot's 3.0. OutSavvy also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (26 vs 2). The Queer Spot's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 65%) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

OutSavvy holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OutSavvy has 26 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of OutSavvy's written reviews are positive against 100% of The Queer Spot's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

OutSavvy ships an update every 6 weeks, The Queer Spot every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
