# Higher Logic vs Craft

The clearest difference is rating: Craft at 4.8 against Higher Logic's 3.7. Craft also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (6.6K vs 3). Higher Logic's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and review sentiment (100% vs 85%). On price, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Craft sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Higher Logic asks for nothing beyond the download.

Craft holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Craft has 6.6K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Higher Logic's written reviews are positive against 85% of Craft's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Higher Logic ships an update every 2 months, Craft every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
