# Pegasus vs GLOBALCELL

The clearest difference is rating: Pegasus at 4.7 against GLOBALCELL's 3.0. Pegasus also leads on ratings volume (13K vs 2). GLOBALCELL's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pegasus holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pegasus has 13K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of Pegasus's written reviews are positive against 50% of GLOBALCELL's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pegasus ships an update every 3 weeks, GLOBALCELL weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
