# Taxsee Driver vs HitProxy

The clearest difference is rating: Taxsee Driver at 4.7 against HitProxy's 3.2. Taxsee Driver also leads on ratings volume (1.7K vs 171). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Taxsee Driver holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Taxsee Driver has 1.7K ratings behind it against 171, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of Taxsee Driver's written reviews are positive against 45% of HitProxy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Taxsee Driver ships an update every 5 weeks, HitProxy every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
