# Easy Answer (Math Homework) vs Maple Calculator

The clearest difference is rating: Maple Calculator at 4.7 against Easy Answer (Math Homework)'s 3.0. Maple Calculator also leads on ratings volume (1.5K vs 2). Easy Answer (Math Homework)'s advantage is review sentiment (88% vs 62%) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Easy Answer (Math Homework) sells 9 one-off in-app purchases and Maple Calculator sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Maple Calculator holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Maple Calculator has 1.5K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of Easy Answer (Math Homework)'s written reviews are positive against 62% of Maple Calculator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Easy Answer (Math Homework) ships an update every 2 weeks, Maple Calculator every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
