# Archisketch vs Morpholio Journal

The clearest difference is rating: Morpholio Journal at 4.5 against Archisketch's 4.3. Archisketch's advantage is iOS requirement (13.6 vs 16.6). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Archisketch sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Morpholio Journal sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Morpholio Journal holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 266 and 763 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of Archisketch's written reviews are positive against 49% of Morpholio Journal's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
