# RePeter vs FotoDa

The clearest difference is rating: RePeter at 5.0 against FotoDa's 4.0. RePeter also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). FotoDa's advantage is ratings volume (139 vs 2). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RePeter sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and FotoDa sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RePeter holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FotoDa has 139 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 60% of RePeter's written reviews are positive against 59% of FotoDa's.

RePeter ships an update every 5 months, FotoDa every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on September 24, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
