# Whooming vs KeyCard BBM

The clearest difference is review sentiment: KeyCard BBM at 84% against Whooming's 37%. KeyCard BBM also leads on rating (4.7 vs 2.8) and ratings volume (1.6K vs 16). Whooming's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.5). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Whooming sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and KeyCard BBM sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

KeyCard BBM holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: KeyCard BBM has 1.6K ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 37% of Whooming's written reviews are positive against 84% of KeyCard BBM's.

Whooming ships an update every 3 weeks, KeyCard BBM every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
