The clearest difference is in-app purchases: CTK Hope at none against Everything AA's 2. Everything AA's advantage is ratings volume (72K vs 7) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Everything AA sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. CTK Hope asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for CTK Hope against 4.9 for Everything AA. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Everything AA has 72K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.
