# Города vs Сканворды на русском

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Сканворды на русском at 77% against Города's 57%. Сканворды на русском also leads on ratings volume (123 vs 3) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 4 months). Города's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Города holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Сканворды на русском has 123 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Города's written reviews are positive against 77% of Сканворды на русском's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
