# CHOPT vs Pasta Corner

CHOPT and Pasta Corner both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Pasta Corner's written reviews are positive against 60% of CHOPT's. Pasta Corner also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and device support (3 vs 1). CHOPT's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (43K vs 5). On price, rating and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for CHOPT against 5.0 for Pasta Corner. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CHOPT has 43K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 60% of CHOPT's written reviews are positive against 100% of Pasta Corner's.
