# MantisApp vs Verosight

The clearest difference is update cadence: Verosight at daily against MantisApp's every 6 weeks. MantisApp's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MantisApp sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Verosight sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MantisApp ships an update every 6 weeks, Verosight daily. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
