# 英语魔方秀 vs 火龙果

The clearest difference is rating: 火龙果 at 4.4 against 英语魔方秀's 3.5. 火龙果 also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). 英语魔方秀's advantage is review sentiment (53% vs 43%). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 英语魔方秀 sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and 火龙果 sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

火龙果 holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 14 and 17 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 53% of 英语魔方秀's written reviews are positive against 43% of 火龙果's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
