# PTT 好讀版 vs 風傳媒

The clearest difference is rating: 風傳媒 at 4.5 against PTT 好讀版's 1.0. 風傳媒 also leads on ratings volume (83 vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). PTT 好讀版's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 45%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PTT 好讀版 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and 風傳媒 sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $6.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

風傳媒 holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 風傳媒 has 83 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of PTT 好讀版's written reviews are positive against 45% of 風傳媒's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PTT 好讀版 ships an update every 5 weeks, 風傳媒 fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
