# Sociable vs Rivetspace

The clearest difference is ads: Rivetspace at none against Sociable's shown. Rivetspace also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 4 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sociable sells 25 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per 7 days and Rivetspace sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sociable ships an update every 4 weeks, Rivetspace weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
