# Jingle+ vs Pellet Drum

The clearest difference is price: Pellet Drum at Free against Jingle+'s $0.99. Pellet Drum also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.6). Jingle+'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (328 vs 2). On review sentiment, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Pellet Drum is free to download; Jingle+ costs $0.99 up front. Jingle+ sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Pellet Drum sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pellet Drum holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jingle+ has 328 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of Jingle+'s written reviews are positive against 70% of Pellet Drum's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Jingle+ ships an update every 6 months, Pellet Drum every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
